Objects by Rosa Roedelius

With dreamlike certainty Rosa Roedelius combines seemingly nonrelated in a fresh and provocative context. Often the components of the works are objet trouvé, some have been companions for years, results of presentimental detections, accidentially found. These works are cynic in the way Foucault argued in his late years, they are awkward, rebellious, apparently fragile, arranged against the superficial aesthetical perception of art.
